Gil Topaz joined S-3 in the fall of 2018, interning for both the lobbyists of S-3 Group and the S-3 Public Affairs team. In February of 2019 he was promoted from his position to Executive Assistant to a firm partner and several principals. In this role, Gil oversees client scheduling while assisting with the firm’s daily operations, logistics, and projects.
From his previous experience as a Legislative Affairs Intern for Delegate Mark D. Sickles (VA-43), Gil brings valuable state legislative and constituent services experience to the team, as he worked with other Virginia Delegates, Senators, and Legislative Assistants. He also brings his international relations background to the firm, graduating with honors from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations. Gil is currently attending George Mason University’s School of Conflict Analysis and Resolution, pursuing a Master of the Arts.
