Zach Gillan brings years of political research leadership and expertise to the S-3 team. Prior to joining S-3, Zach managed political and issue advocacy research for the Congressional Leadership Fund, the House GOP-endorsed super PAC, and American Action Network. There, he helped develop messaging for paid media that was utilized in over $120 million in independent expenditures in the 2018 midterm elections.
Previously, Zach held positions at the National Republican Senatorial Committee in the 2012, 2014, and 2016 election cycles – serving as deputy research director when Republicans obtained and held the majority in the U.S. Senate. In 2013, Zach also led the rapid response team for Ken Cuccinelli’s gubernatorial campaign in Virginia.
Zach is a native of Houston, TX, and a graduate of Hamilton College.
